Why
Where does all this lead to?
Where are we going?
Where have we been?
What is all this to you?
What are we becoming?
When will it all end?
Why is this world so cold, so bitter?
When it is summer,
Why is it also winter?
God, please take this pain
In our hearts that burn
And cast it for far from here
So we may learn to love again.
